Since all of our products are made to order we do not accept returns. In the event of a damaged or defective item, refunds will be provided via store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via store credit.

  • We pretty much ship worldwide. Countries we do not currently ship to include: Mexico, Russia, Ukraine and a few other select countries.

  • Typical time from order to delivery is approximately 18-26 days.

  • Unfortunately we do not offer expedited shipping unless the item is a "Ready to Ship" item.

  • Sure! We offer custom rug solutions for any design or size. Simply visit our custom rugs page for more info.

  • Since our rugs are usually pretty big (4' - 7') they are rolled up and securely packaged inside of a durable canvas wrap and taped tightly.

  • It happens. Simply take photos of the damage and contact our support team to request a return label and refund.

  • Absolutely. Let us know in the order notes that the rug is a gift and we'll make sure it's delivered as such.

  • All of our rugs are custom produced per order and are therefore not applicable to be returned.

  • We do not offer exchanges once the rug is received.

  • Contact our support team and we'll take care of it immediately.
