General Questions

We pretty much ship worldwide. Countries we do not currently ship to include: Mexico, Russia, Ukraine and a few other select countries.

Typical time from order to delivery is approximately 18-26 days.

Unfortunately we do not offer expedited shipping unless the item is a "Ready to Ship" item.

Sure! We offer custom rug solutions for any design or size. Simply visit our custom rugs page for more info.

Since our rugs are usually pretty big (4' - 7') they are rolled up and securely packaged inside of a durable canvas wrap and taped tightly.

It happens. Simply take photos of the damage and contact our support team to request a return label and refund.

Unfortunately no. Our limited drops are strictly limited and will not be produced again in that exact variation.

Absolutely. Let us know in the order notes that the rug is a gift and we'll make sure it's delivered as such.

Returns / Refunds

All of our rugs are custom produced per order and are therefore not applicable to be returned.

We do not offer exchanges once the rug is received.
